HOW WE DIFFER
Truth be told anybody can build a set of bean bag boards and if you've searched the Internet lately you'll see that just about everyone does. Plain, stained, folding legs, drink holders - every option you can think of and probably some that you can't can be had for a slice of your wallet.
Thing is, we think most other sites charge way too much for what they are offering and half of them don't even offer to give you the chance to buy what you truly want. That is why we started our humble little business - to bring the highest degree of quality at the fairest price to your next backyard barbeque or party.
We make our boards using the same materials other sites try to make sound impressive ... what we don't do, however, is buy cheap materials just to make an extra buck. We make bean bag boards the way we wish the folks who made us our first set would have - to last.
We use only the finest grade of select pine for our boxes. We mitre, glue, biscuit and nail our corners. We recess and brace our tops so that annoying 'bounce' is kept to a minimum. We putty any gaps and round all the corners before we apply 3 coats of paint and 3 coats of exterior grade varnish over the design of your choice.
In addition to what we hope you'll agree is quality construction we hand draw and hand paint all of our designs - no decals here. You're paying for us to make you a set so that's exactly what we do from the first cut of unfinished timber to the last roller stroke of varnish.
We don't clutter our site with claims of being the 'premier bean bag builder' or the 'largest' but we do take pride in being what all of our customers have called the best. And for that we cannot thank them enough.
Also, unlike other sites who pressure you to "buy now" we encourage our customers to shop around. Compare our prices and designs with others (eBay, Craig's List, etc) and see the difference for yourself. We know you'll ask yourself the same thing we did - "Why would I pay $200 for a box with a sticker on the front when I can get a much nicer set for a lot less from D-Jay Crafts?"
